Shop Policies
All items are made-to-order and therefore cannot be accepted for return/refund, but if there’s an error on our part, the product can be returned for an exchange (buyer pays return shipping). Manufacturing and shipment can take from 4-6 weeks for Prismatic Pastel items. Diccha and Diccha collab items usually take 1-2 weeks for processing.
Small printing errors are normal and part of the manufacturer’s printing process.
Customers are responsible for any customs or VAT fees when receiving packages. Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about these excess taxes. Please keep this in mind, especially if you are located in the UK or EU.
